I'm a Green Bay native and the guy behind Copper Ridge Investments. I'm not a big corporation, a call center, or a wholesaler who's going to turn around and sell your information to the highest bidder. It's just me and my father, local real estate investors who buy houses directly.

I got into this space because I wanted to create a better experience for homeowners who need to sell fast and don't want the stress of the traditional process. No listings, no showings, no waiting on banks, no last-minute surprises. You get a straight answer, a fair offer, and a closing date that works for you.

I'm also a licensed real estate agent, so I understand exactly how the whole process works. I will always be upfront about what I can and can't do for you. If a cash sale isn't your best option, I'll tell you that too.

My dad and I do this together. He handles the financing side, I handle the relationships and the renovations. We're a small family operation, and that's 100% intentional. This means you're always talking to the person making the decision, not a middleman like everyone else.
